Today is "Halloween," and as the Sun goes down, all little boys and girls will "Thrill" themselves to some "Trick or Treating!" around the neighborhoods; and some of the daring adults will engage themselves in some "Spooky" adventures. This is the word I use to describe the state in which nothing moves forward. It does seem so especially when you really want things to go forward. In truth, time is really the issue. Technology can be scary if you don't know much about it. Enough to cause you panic when you hit delete by accident and cannot get your data back. Like the catastrophic nature of the "Titanic" you can go into a "Techpanic!" I now know that you can just take a little breather when this happens.
